2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC. adheres to all State and Federal laws regarding the sale of firearms, ammunition and any other restricted products.   

2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC. will only ship firearms to dealers that have a valid, current (non-expired) Federal Firearms License that qualifies them as an official dealer of firearms.  FFL licenses for ammunition or “curio & relic” do not meet the requirement to accept a firearm shipment from 2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC.

2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC. will only ship ammunition to States and Counties where local laws allow the shipment of ammunition.

2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC. will only ship firearm magazines that comply to State, County or City laws.  In areas where magazine capacity restrictions are in place, 2ND AMENDMENT WHOLESALE INC. will not ship magazines that allow for more capacity than allowed by the law of the land.
